2018-03-07

China Compulsory Certification (CCC) was established by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) according to the Compulsory Product Certification Regulations, and has been in effect since 1 May 2003. To date, the CCC catalog includes 159 types of products across 22 categories, covering household products, audio-visual equipment, information technology equipment, communications equipment, medical equipment, lighting equipment, wires and cables, toys and strollers, etc. All products within the scope of CCC certification have to pass testing and factory inspection conducted by CNCA-designated organizations, and have the CCC logo affixed on the products before they can be sold, imported or used for commercial purposes in China.
